I have always believed that having a positive attitude toward a job or school should always be positive. If you go into a new job thinking negative well you will probably fail at it. One soft skill that I believe I poses is that of being dependable. I can also be a great listener, now to trying to help that person out by giving them advice is what I lack. And is one of the things I would like to get out of this course.
Everyone has had a teacher or professor who is incredibly knowledgeable about their field, yet some of them are less-than-stellar teachers.This is what I here from students all the time.One of the reasons for this is that teachers can be unaware of what is going on in their students heads even though they may have had exactly the same ideas when they were students themselves. Having knowledge of student misconceptions is a critical tool for any teacher. Too many teahers love to hear themselves talk and lose track of students ideas(concept). This module can help teachers to decide which demonstration to do in class, and to start the lesson by asking students to predict what’s going to happen. If a teacher doesn’t have this special kind of skills to pay the bills,it’s nearly impossible to change students’ ideas.
