I believe soft skills are so important in the work place today.
This prgram is so very benefical to teaching skills today. Very instructor shoud take this class and read EQ.

Small groups that are safe and focus on material that is within competetnce can be a gift for skill building and course materail exposure - while also helping students make support systems with classmates.
I agree. Some of the students haven't been taught the soft skills in other areas of their life. Adding them to the curriculum assures that everyone will be on the same page. It will make work life go much smoother than without.
