As I started taking this course, the information seemed very familiar...the reason is that I attended your class in Columbus in November of 2011, and enjoyed it very much! I really liked what Albert Mehrabian had to say about "repetition." I repeat important content multiple times but with a "different style" each time. I have a saying that I use with my students..."Repetition strengthens and confirms." This module re-enforced this.
