I like this idea! I never thought of giving them blank cards and letting them pick the words. I will for sure try this! Thanks!
I like using bingo cards where they fill in whatever medical terms they choose then match the term to the definition i give. if they know the proper definition and had used that term, BINGO

my students get a piece of candy for each term they get correct when we play games. then they get to turn in the candy rappers for points.

I have not used word searches as of yet or crosswords. I just have to be careful with copyright, and not being very creative doesn't help!
