I have been trying a few of these games and love them! It does take a little planning to set up, but the students seem to be enjoying it.

In our class we've grown tired of Jeopardy, so we have made some of our own. As a class project, the students were assigned to take a game that they are familiar with and turn it into something that relates to medical terminology. My favorite one was modeled after Taboo!

Many of these games are very powerful learning tools. I have used the Jeopardy game format to teach my students and they love it.

I've also started using some of these games in other classes as well.
I cant wait to try some of the charades and pictionary games out with my classes, they are small so the games I need to utilize cant be the ones meant for larger crowds.
