Developeing an onlinecourse
What suggestions do you have for culinary classes online, would the entier program be online? ie.. how to teach a student to fillet a fish.
I would insert a very detailed video.

Cooking shows have been popular on television for decades. On-line culinary courses just take it to the next level; the only thing missing from t.v. was the pause button. You definitely need video. When you have it, tell me. I would love to take courses!!

Well my suggestion would be yes, it could all be done online
: IE
Create video style format that can be controlled fast forward, rewind, pause and play.
Some interaction in the video, different scenarios and outcomes that can be played throughout the video. Make it fun. It is my opinion that we learn the most through play!
