Always BE Prepared
Teaching is sharing your knowledge.Be prepared everytime you have a class and use your prep time so that when you are in the front of the class you know what your doing and you can answer any question they will ask you.

You can tell a lot by how someone writes there notes, lectures and responds in email.

I agree, if we go to students unprepared they will know right away and our credibility goes out the window. They look at us as the authority on the subject.

Good question! Students will know if you are working around the bush. Best answer is to acknowledge that you are not 100% sure, so you will check to make sure that you give the best answer.
