Be prepared for new technology
Nowadays we need to adopt the new tecnology like when you go online classes or traditional.Learners can participate easily in online courses by using the new technology where ever you are and using your own phase of time.

I think this is true that we need to adopt new technologies in the classroom but what goes along with that is training of the new technology, not just for the instructors, but for students as well. More studies are being revealed that show that todays younger generations may have more gadgets and technology available to them but they don't know how to use that technology in the classroom and to further enhance their education. They may be able to text at the speed of light, but can't adequately type. They may have a handheld device that can call, text, email, download apps, etc. but they can't use the online platforms accordingly to submit paperwork. Technology in the classroom can be a wonderful thing if everyone knows how to appropriately use it.
