I love the idea that the learning never stops, for the teachers to the student and the Company. When we lose sight of that, close the doors!!!

Douglas,

Today, we need to "change it up a bit." Even if the content remains the same, we need new ideas about how to present the information. I like trying new things in my classes. Thanks!

I agree and the trap we can fall into as instructors is keeping our courses the same. I try to update and revise one thing each and every time I teach a course. That helps me to stay sharp and stay focused on the course content.

Lisa,

It's always nice when people like the way we think. ;-) I always said, "When I quit learning. . .I'm dead." We have to model continued, lifelong learning and help our students see the value in it as well. Thanks!

Eric,
I like the way you think. No matter what age learning does not stop. Instructors are there to facilitate learning using multiple methods and tools.

Eric,

I agree, and I also love this idea. Seeing how we are now in the "age of technology"; as instructors we are challenged by technical handicaps ourselves...as well as some of our students. This is one of the main ideas I love about your topic "learning never stops"!

As I plan my courses and look for more creative ways to engage my students, I am pleasantly surprised with the many avenues I have to deliver a topic to them.

Thanks for your insight on this topic!!!

Eric,

The teacher and the students should be involved in life-long learning. Don't stop.
