Hi Keith, in fact in communication there is a sender and receiver. The flip flop positions as a communication ensues. The most important during any communication burst is the receiver. No matter what the sender says if the receiver perceives it incorrectly or misunderstands the communication is unsuccessful and has failed.

Different people think differently. It is very important to come together with a plan that both parties will be successful. You just can't have one plan for all students.
