Managing Conflict Online
I am your classic middle child/only girl in the family. I try really hard to avoid conflict at all costs. Do you have a tried and true method for helping deescalate conflicting in the quickest manner possible? Any advice is appreciated.

I would definitely have to say some type of personal communication. This way, you can communicate a little more frankly, making it more comfortable and easier to cut to the quick.
Hi Beth, the quickest way to descalate conflict is to call the student on the phone and find out the underlying reason for the conflict. I also recommend that if a post is offensive, that you remove the post and let the student know that their post has been removed and why. Tina
