How to keep students involved
It is so important to understand the personalities or your students. This will help you know how to communicate and share information with your students.
I agree with Terrence because understanding your students personalties gives you the ground work for how you will communicate with them. Students who say they are procrastinators or dont like the computers, I keep in mind that I will be spending a little time emailing and chatting with those students. I usually give friendly reminders and keep encouraging the students to play around with there platforms to learn to navigate through them.
I agree, when you get to know your students personalities you can better connect with them and understand what will motivate them. Also, when you have a good student/instructor connection, a student will respect you more and want to do quality work.
