Any tips on managing the increasing workload? Between grading, live sessions, meetings, trainings, continuing ed requirements, grade appeals, administrative issues, LMS problems, there is often not enough hours in the day. Suggestions welcome...
I use online assessments that can be auto graded more and more as my workload has increased. Having a final that is true/false and multiple choice is not the best, however when class ends at 11pm and grades are due by noon the next day it helps heep me sane.
