What I have learned is that this is not up todate. With vitural learning using platforms like Zoom, Conference, etc. this training material didn't mention any of it. Also what good is it to mention things like PowerPoint with voice if you are not going to have modules on how to perform this service? Not everyone is tech savvay and this is not easy to do.
