Success Stories...
The information shared in this module was extremely beneficial and provides various ways/techniques to incorporate advanced technology into our classrooms.
I am always eager to hear who has used it and what successes have occurred and what learning mistakes were made to help the next educator.
I am new to this and would appreciate any feedback.

I love the idea of helping to promote careers in the area of student specialty, and offering links to related audio and video recordings as well.
Was this done in lieu of or in addition to AIU's existing Learning Management System?
Dawn,
Thank you for sharing that insight. You are right and it is a great comment to share repeatedly to your students.

Donna ,
I do too, you just want to make sure you have a reason to use the new technology. You don't want to make students think the work is busy work; it should reflect the learning goals.

I am an instructor in a class where I teach multiple technologies. I find it best to teach 1 thing at a time and do it in a way that the learning builds upon itself. For example once you understand 1 Microsoft program in its entirety you can learn the others with ease. Same thing applies to Adobe programs.
I agree. I am always open for new ideas and ways to bring the advanced technology for students to learn in the classroom.
Andrew,
How did it work? Did student gravitate to the area or feel it was an intrusion in their personal area?
Dr. Kelly Wilkinson
Leti, with AIUs permissions I was able to initiate a blog that brings in the actual content of the course, shares my computer forensics ideas, promotes careers in the area and contains links to audio and video recordings as well.
Leti ,
I love your attitude. Choose one technology at a time and focus on that new technology. Make sure that it isn't busy work and it has a purpose that student understand.
