This is a great start. We agree that the mission of a career school is making a positive change. You might want to flesh it out a bit more. Get your core team together and ask for the specifics about their vision of how they will each help to make a positive change. You might also want to detail where the positive changes will occur and how it will be measured. This is a good start.
