Wow, I was really enlightened with the details of this module. It was very informative. Understanding the levels of the project can be overwhelming. Transforming an conception into a reality where it can be measured consists of the steps of planning, scheduling any other activities in order for the project to be a success. Makes sense now!!
This module is teaching us how to scope out schedule, set deadline and monitor budget which is important and very useful.
Sabrina, I agree with your comments on this module. Over the years of working in and with teams I took a lot of things for granted. The main take I got from this module is that you have to strike a balance between the stakeholders and teams. You must be able to apse them both in order to get project done in a timely basses and under budget.
