becoming optimistic about your own ideas
When you're excited about your own ideas this did everyone excited. Not only been excited about your ideas but implementing ideas that will make a change and will benefit company in which you work for. Even if this means adding to your team. Change is what makes the world go around
I am learning that I need to be more assertive when presenting my ideas. I often have good ideas, but in an effort to allow for other people to express their opinion, I end with a statement such as "or not" -- and I need to start stating my thoughts, and stop right there.
It is easier to implement change and ideas if you are enthusiastic and positive about your ideas. If you just say this is what we are going to you will experiencing resistance from others. Human nature.
