Communicating Effectively with Different Personality Types
Do you find that when communicating with multiple people within a work team, that you must use different communication styles to accomodate different personalities?

Yes I do feel you have to be able to quote "go with the flow" not everyone learns in the same style.
Agree, Some people need to read directions and others are visual learners.
I am not an expert, but from my experience with professional presentations it is best to keep a work team somewhat homogenous for a presentation. When I presented information in the lending world of banking, I always avoided presenting to the sales folks at the same time as the underwriting group. That self selected most of the time not only along personality lines, but also preferred communication lines. Sales people wanted it bullet-ed, quick, and usually oral with a bullet point written reference guide to follow. Underwriting wanted details oral yes, but then spelled out in detail in writing with an index, glossary and cross reference.
