I found this tutorial very helpful.I have never had the need to organize or conduct a meeting.This forum
has given me a real heads up.
I like meetings that have an agenda, it shows the purpose of the meeting. Plus I like to refer back to agendas to see when a topic was covered. I also use the agenda to take quick notes on by each topic.
Good point. I also am an instructor. I think it was important to control the direction of the meeting and to make sure you stay on track.
Agreed. This is a helpful way to think about planning classtime.
I have planned meetings and there is a lot of good information to improve upon my future meetings.
