Reading Nonverbal Communication
Reading an applicate nonverbal communication can tell you if you want to hire a canidate.
I couldn't agree with you more. Having been in the position of "weeding out" job applicants, I can assure you that the nonverbal communication can very often be the deciding factor in who gets the job.
Non verbal communication is important also. It just depends on the situation.
I agree with you, especially when I think of appearance and dress. I am an instructor; I am not in a hiring position, but I do think it is my job to help students learn how to improve their chances of getting a good job. Appearance and dress are very important nonverbal communication when seeking a job. I'm afraid we overlook it's importance.
