Career Development: Its' self development. It's traing one takes to increase thier knowledge of thier own career. It's a way of improving yourself in that career, or a means of moving up in that career. It's also a way of improving different aspect of a given career thru different educational trainings,weather paid for or given free.

As a manager/ Director of instructors in the Health Care area 'How to teach" modules are always helpful especially those involving "hands on"
