Training

A few weeks ago, my supervisor said that he had never attended a training where he learned anything that helped his instuctional ability and he doubted the efficacy of training.
Having watched him not pay attention to the majority of meetings we are required to attend, I would have to agree. He probably learned very little from the trainings he attended. Perhaps they should have given an assessment that he had to pass before being given a certificate of completion.

I have attending my trainings in my lifetime but I have to say that I have always tried to use something from each training. Sometimes, it may seem to be non-informative in the nature but listen closely on how it is applied and that is the importance of the training. How can we better ourselves in the daily regiment of our scope at work? Be positive and try to see things differently is what I try to learn from every training. (How is it going to help me improve)
