Understanding of Boss
Understand that your boss is busy but you need to be keep them informed of difficulty projects or tasks.
I agree that bosses need to stay informed when difficulties arise. However, the person should try to solve or tackle as much as possible and seek help from other areas before constantly going to their boss.
I think that the boss-employee relationship is smoother when there is a mutual respect for each other.
I understand that my boss is busy but I need to be informed in a timely manner that things are changing and not expect me as Instructor to be effienct in a class when time was not allott to know the material.
I believe that most people think that the boss is not accessible, therefore don't ask questions that could be for the betterment of not only the employee, boss and even the company. Bosses want people to know when to use their knowledge and when to not. Overall, the boss wants success for all so keeping that in mind will be beneficial.
yes, part of learning is to ask questions.
I agree because if you assume that they understand what you need to succeed you may never get the benefit of their support.
