Wasting time
It is obvious from this course that we MUST be aware of not only wqasting our own time but stealing time from others to support our personal needs.

You may want to ask folks who are "over-sharing" if they can top by later when you have more time to listen.

I often feel that others steal my time for their own personal needs. They stop by to chat about personal things or problems and I prefer to keep it business related and don't appreciate the interuption while I am working. I do not, however, know how to handle this and I often give that person way longer than I want to.

Fact if you wast time you cannot get it back the older you get you realize that you need to make the most of the time you have
I agree. Although many people criticize certain managers for holding time-consuming and unproductive meetings or assiging tasks with unclear expectations, it is always important to step back assess the meetings and instructions that as a manager yourself give your employees.
