Schedule is the best way to deal time management because it become a visual aid. A schedule is a easy way see your uncommitted blocks of time with ways to improve your schedule.
There are several advantages for utilizing outlook over written list. Outlook can be utilized via phone, tablet or computer and you don't have to be concerned with losing the physical list. In addition, you can always print out your Outlook list if you need that hard copy until you are totally comfortable with the information being electronic. Finally, their are other features Outlook provides, reminders of due date completions, etc.

I agree, if I don't put it in my schedule and write it down, it will not happen. I love all the features of outlook, it is a great tool to assist you with scheduling and time managment. Through outlook, you identify what is important, your priorities.

There is no harm in adding less important tasks to your daily list as long as you know where they fall on the priority scale.

Keeping a schedule is very important. At times I find myself adding unimportant tasks into my schedule. Eliminating those unnecessary items would allow better time management in my day.

There are several tools out there, but hey all basically do the same thing. If the templates you now are using work for you, I recommend sticking with them for a while.

I find the schedule is the best way to go because it keeps me on target with written goals. I generally use a calendar or a general to do list on a blank sheet of paper. I downloaded the templates offered in this course to help as another useful tool. Are there any other useful tools that some might recommend?
