Managing Stress

It's difficult to manage stress in today's world, but if you can hone in on your coping skills and really work on what you can manage and shelf the stress you can't manage.

So nicely put. I learned a long time ago that the only thing I am in control of is myself. Realizing this has lead me to realize what I should and should not freak out over. That also being said, I can strive to better myself in stress-free ways!

I agree as well. I am one that use to be a real stressed out person. What i learned was i cannot control everything and just letting things work out on there own is not so bad. Sometimes we encounter challenges that later we can look back and say "now i know why that happened". It really has changed my mind set to start taking everything one day at a time and realizing that worrying about it only makes it worse.

I agree Connie. I know several people who "stress" about issues that are not under their control resulting in loss of sleep, poor moods and attitude.
