Relax, relate, release

We all get stressed at some point or another but I know that it is important to deal with it as it comes. Recognizing that the head ache you have had for the past few days, lack of concentration or forgetfulness can all be signs of stress is helpful in managing it. I for one am real quick to shut everything down at the end of the day and take a few minutes to myself to relax and zone out. Clear my mind and just be. That "rebooting" gives me the opportunity to tackle situations that are stressing me from a new perspective and not become burned out.

Exactly their is a time and place to relax and release the stress of everyday life. If done properly those time will help dramatically.

I have found a way to relax, relate, and release my stress. I have started getting to work significantly early. Having that peacefule time to get my thoughts prepared before classes start make it much easier for to do my job. I am happier and more prepared for my students. I love my job!

I have learned to take time out and relax. I have learned to tackle what only one project at a time.

Agreed! Since I have started relaxing at work I have not taken migraine medicine at all. I was on those pills for over 10 years. Relaxitation is freedom.
