Relax

I always find that after a rough day, picking up a good self development book helps me to erase all the stressers in my day.

excercise is a great stress reliever. I like walking, kickboxing, and yoga.

I belive that exercise helps alot, but you must do things you like. I prefer tennis and Pilates.

We all have different ways of relieving stress, I relieve stress by first relaxing, exercising, and listening to jazz. I would say whatever works for you stick to it.
