I might need more patience

I have found that by breaking down my bigger worries into smaller, more approachable worries, that I am able to address my problems without “freaking out.” The problem that I have is that sometimes I break things down so much that I feel cluttered and unsure about where to even start so I tell myself “well let’s just work on it tomorrow”. I know that this form of procrastination isn’t healthy. What is the best way to tackle my large problem without breaking it down too much?

Israel,
Writing down is a great practice. you can visualize and set the actions to memory much easier. Plus, when you want to refer back to your thoughts you have them at hand.

I find it best to write everything out. I think that it helps me "see" the problem. Do you think this is a good practice to do?

Israel,

Along with breaking them down you should definitley prioriteze your challenges. Approach thosde that have the most urgency first.
