over years I have had two stressfull jobs I found for me the best way to deal day to day is to be rested and prepeared. when I come in this way it seems like i can handle the stressful problems that are going to come up.

To keep myself from being stressed about things I put them into two categories, can do something about or cannot do anything about, if it's something that I can do something about than I do it, if it's something that I cannot do anything about than I accept and move on, this keeps me very stress free.
