It is good to step back sometimes. Just remember to have a good regime for taking care of your stress. A balance of healthy living, exercise, mental activity for pleasure and spiritual rejuvenation is good habits to practice.

If something starts getting to me I'll get a cool glass of water and just go outside and walk around.take a look at the outside views,then go back in and tackel what ever was bothering me with a clear mind.
