These are some great stress relieving steps that I am going to start implementing into my work and home life to help make my work and home life flow.

yes I was forgetting how important it is for me as an individual to have an outlet. Since January I have implemented exercise and healthy eating. I find myself in a better mood and have dropped a few pounds.

Having the teaching role is a high stress position. You have to be on your toe at all times. The beauty of the job is that everyday brings a new challenge or encounter. I have been associated with teachers now for over 40 years and know what you encounter. The best way to deal with the stress both negative and positive is to maintain a well balance on your day to day activity. Your balance needs to include health practices, exercise, leisure, mental pleasure activity and spiritual rejuvenation.
