This course gave me a lot of ideas like what to do when you are stressed. I have also learned how to relax and how to break out the negetive stress.

The secret to success is always what brought you to the dance as they say. When you remain consistent with good practices and work habits your work life is much more tolerable with success. We must be smarter than the emotions that could control our decision maker practices.

Me too. I tend to worry a lot and find myself spiraling into a deep sea of negative thoughts. I find myself often assuming the worst before having all the information. This course is a nice reminder and helps shine light on those bad habits and negative thoughts. The trick is remembering these tricks and catching yourself in the act.

Along with helping your self-esteem you will improve your health. The techniques require a balance in you life which improve your whole outlook on life.
