i prefer behaviorial tools since they tell a more complete story of how a person has handle a specific situation.

Behaviorial assessment tools are most applicable since they are dynamic and respond to the fast-moving changes in my day to day functions.
Descriptive tools are very useful to stop and give some thought to how i can apply my experience more thoughtfully.
