Blending Styles
I think the best leaders are able to use all six styles depending on the situation.
I would also agree that different situations will require diffence leadership styles uto come into play.

It's true in my work situation too. I find that I have to assess what my co workers need from me in order to choose which style would be most effective. This can change depending on who and what I am dealing with at the time.

I would agree. I do think that it is difficult to master all six and clearly your styles will be forced ranked.
I agree Wade. Depending on the project you are doing, if your employees are new to the organization or have been there a while. If there is a deadline that needs to be met.
