Do you mean that a referral lead is "free"?

Potential leads will answer your questions and open up. I have found that asking the prospective student how long they have been interested and getting them to explain why they would enjoy the prospective career better then what they are currently doing are two key questions to ask. What other questions do you feel can make a "shop around lead" turn into an appointment that shows?

I have been both an admissions rep and a Re-enrtry rep. Leads are so crucial to this business. Not to mention its free.
