Alisaundra,
Customer service is first and foremost in our approach.

Debi,
Listening is an important part of the enrollment process. Active listening is the best way to understand their perspective.

As an admissions coordinator it is important that you listen carefully to your students so that you have a clear understanding of their goals and objectives. Then it is my job to help them acquire those goals in the best way possible. I will do that by being well informed and guiding them every step of the way.

I believe the most effective way to help a prospective student is to listen to them and really understand what will benefit them the best. If we take the time to listen we can ensure we are provided the absolute best customer service and assistance.

Yes agreed to be as effective as possible. One thing that I did in order to satisfy the students needs was to complete one of our diploma programs at the school. This brought me down to the students level and I can now identify and relate to the students needs from their perspective.

It very important to be up to date on programs and school policys student rely on the information we give them to help them complete their goals.

I completely agree. We need the knowledge and expertise in each of the industries we work and teach in. It's important to stay up to speed on any new laws, rules or regulations that come into play.

I agree. As a past student myself I know the need of a support system other than folks that know you personally. It feels great to know that your admission rep knows your concerns/goals and works with you through every step of the way.

Jose,
Agreed!

Marina,
Excellent point! We are guiding them on their choice in education and they rely on us for the information given to them.

Students have to be aware of the school's rules and regulations

Students need to be reassured, you should give them confidence and a professional attention.
