Our Marketing Department has streamlined communication through posting every campaign or print materials on Share Point and also in a designated area in our lead database. The communication is only a click away, should they be unavailable in person.

If we are not current and knowledgeable, we run the risk of providing misleading information which is against Florida Statute.

I definitely agree that the information has to be current. I think it allows admissions representatives to be more efficient and more confident in executing their interviews to potential students.

Regarding Terri's posting about the marketing campaigns, I agree it is a valuable resource and very helpful to know we have that as a tool.

This endeavor recently completed and as an additional useful resourse for ES staff has greatly enhanced our information gathering, knowledge base, and rapid response to prospective students.

Marketing needs to focus on the legitimate needs and concerns of prospective students. Language should be crafted so that it does not insinuate but rather clearly defines and describes the policies, benefits and attributes of the college.
