You must! If we do not provide them the correct and up-to-date information, we are misleading the student. It is against the law to do so. You must take the necessary steps to remain compliant.

It's important that you provide the student with the all the correct and up-to-date information, in doing so, a representative would be required to know all the rules and regulations.

Recruiters or agents must know all the rules. This is another part of their responsibility as a representative of the school.
