Jennifer,

Students who are not given the information are being mislead. This is against Florida law.

Carlos ,
Keeping up-to-date with the printed materials is challenging, but you will find the changes with statute can only occur once a year. Rules can change anytime during the year but CIE does a good job on their website informing schools of changes. If you wish to track rules changes on your own, check out Florida Administrative Weekly for updates on Rule 6E. Every time you update printed material you are giving yourself an opportune to visit new material and revisit established material. Best to you in 2012!

Gretel,
Being professional at all times is key to an image of a school. We always need to promote a high level of professionalism to encourage the same from our students.

Patty Aronoff

You must always be correct in your details and advertisments. It is so unprofessional to have misinformation or dishonest information. YOu can lose prospective students if you do not give right information.

Ms. Aronoff

How you do manage the challenges of printed materials with updated policies and/or changes to these?

Thank you.

Happy New Year!

Sometimes we underestimate people and they can find out immediately when we are incoherent. This is one of the worst images you can give of your institution

AZRA,

Absolutely. The catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the school and the student. Advertising must meet the same requirements as outlined in both documents.
