Hello, all!....I've seen alot happen in the past few years over litigation...It's always a good policy just to have all your ducks in a row as we all know we should..Sometimes just a reminder of the best policies, seem to bring back all the right and wrongs....Best to you all!!!!

your observation regarding increased litigation is correct. Education regarding regulations and the school plus the use of disclaimers are important. There are instances where despite the availability of resources, choices of words that may suggest something other than intended. For example, the use of school fees versus tuition. School fees gives the impression of the total of all fees associated with attending school while tuition is specific to fees associated with delivery of instruction only.
