This is a great idea to have a list of terms and definitions as well as a resource book. It is great to review from time to time. This will help to stay up to date on the rules and regulations.

As a compliance person, I am all about procedure manuals. It take a huge step in ensuring each employee is given the direction they need to keep compliant. It removes the opportunity for new employees to say they were trained something different or were not trained at all.

I definitely agree, i think we should be keeping a resource book and go through it periodically.

Agreed! The book must be kept current in order to retain its value. Every time you update, you refresh yourself on other materials in the book.
