Our university uses a complaince approved PowerPoint presentation to ensure all admissions representatives deliver accurate up to date information to our prospective students.
I totally agree with your comment. There's nothing like signing up for something and feeling tricked in the end. I believe that it is important for the participants to know what they are getting into and able to trust that they will receive what was promised. I liked that you used the word transparent, because any participant should be able to see right through the program that we are offering.
Based on the program and the information provided, participants should be able to make a decision if the program is right for them.
That is why it's important for the pertinent information to be included on the enrollment agreement.
