No commissions are allowed by Florida law. It encourages ethical and honest enrollment without monetary incentive.

This is interesting because I have worked in a commission based pay structure in a previous job and I'm trying to get out of that mentality. It's about right-fitting the student with an institution not just making the sale. I starting to practice this way of thinking better recently.

Motivation is personally developed. If you want something strong enough, you will find a way to make it happen.

Not at all. Commission sales is not permitted. Motivation should come from within oneself.
