Agent - What are best practices for an institution to monitor agents
Revocation of an agent’s license shall lead to an investigation of the licensed institution to determine whether the institution’s license should be placed on probation or revoked for failing to train or supervise its agents adequately, or for allowing or encouraging its agents to violate the provisions of Florida Statutes and rules, if the activities leading to the disciplinary action appear to be related to such circumstances.

Put in place accountability audits. The biggest area of opportunity is to get out there and pay attention tv what they are doing. Many times,because of the nature of an agent's work life, it is easier to take a back seat. We must be watchful of what they are doing and saying. Hold them accountable.
