teamwork is seen as a necessary ingredient for success. this is one of the Rules for a Solid Admissions department
Sisi,
A coworker used to always state there is no I in team. This is good information to keep in mind that we are all working together for the same goal and success of our students in the school
Patty Aronoff
teamwork is very important for a business to succeed. i believe that prospective students who see the staff working as a team, will put their trust and confidence in the staff, so they will feel safe at the time of making a decision to get enrolled
I totally agreed with you, when a team is able to work well together they accomplish more than individuals can do alone and mutual support can encourage people to achieve goals they may not have realized they could reach on their own.
Yenniz,
No one wants to be around negative people. Positive attitudes transcend everyone.
Patty Aronoff
Leon,
Yes! It takes an entire school to create a graduate and we must all work together to make that happen. Every move we make is about the student and the service we provide.
Patty Aronoff
Dailenys,
Even though we are a team and have individual goals, we can inspire and motivate others. After all, the success of the entire admissions team reflects on the entire school.
Patty Aronoff
I agree that team work is very important. Also positive attitude and enrgy in a team brings out the best results. When you are happy people it translates to your voice for phone calls and positive body language during interviews.
Team work is an essential ingredient for the overall success of the admissions department however this rule must apply to the entire campus. Each department should work collectively to ensure that the entire campus is working together as a team to deliver outstanding service and support to each student that include current and future students.
absolutely, when working as a teem allows you to work as a cohesive unit to accomplished the task at hand
James,
We need to be transparent and forthright. With honesty and integrity, we give them the best information possible and done the best possible job.
Patty Aronoff
I think an admissions representative is responsible for helping a prospective student by giving them all the information that they need; however, it is possible for a student to fail themselves. In that event, as long as we've done our best to give them all the information they need then we could have done nothing better.
Priscilla ,
If our students do not succeed and we have done everything possible on our end, then we have failed. Every time a student drops, we need to reflect on why and ask the question what could have been done differently.
Patty Aronoff
I agree. Our job is to help our students succeed.
Yamila,
Teamwork is necessary for business survival today. How we work together is reflective in the student experience.
Patty Aronoff
Kiara,
We can always learn from each other. Providing the best customer service should come from every staff member in every situation.
Patty Aronoff
Mickie,
We must always keep it student centered and student focused. That is why we are here!
Patty Aronoff
Latasha,
It is about the student and some staff members forget that very important fact!
Patty Aronoff
Sherine,
The students will quickly recognize a team that works together. The atmosphere of teamwork provides a comfortable environment for a prospective student.
Patty Aronoff
I agree; team work in the admissions department is also a great way for new admissions representatives to learn additional techniques (not taught in official training) that are effective when assisting students.
