Commission Rules and Regulations
As part of the Admissions Department, it is essential to follow the rules and regulations established by both the overviewing commission as well as the individual schools.
However I believe there are not only these written rules, but also unwritten integrity-related rules that we need to follow when it comes to our students.
Each party deserves equal fairness.
Hernan,
Our clients rely on us for this valuable information. Any slight misinformation provides an opening for noncompliance. We need to always be sure that we are knowledgeable and provide the correct information.

Ann-Kathrin,
Agreed! Honesty, integrity, and thorough knowledge is the operation Bible for us in admissions.

I would like to add my comments to this subject, since I agree, Integrity is the foundation of our activities. The Admissions Representative above all must act with total integrity and honesty. Integrity is a cardinal rule in human and professional behavior. All the regulations, rules, laws etc., are worthless if they are not applied based on integrity and honesty. This is fundamental in our profession. We are not promoting, offering tangible products and/or services (which also require honesty and integrity); we are involved with other people’s dreams, hopes and aspirations; all of these are critical to any person. Yes, we have performance plans to follow, but no plan would validate the violation and compromise of our integrity and honesty.
