Catalog

I am surprised to see that the Catalog holds just as much weight as the enrollment agreement. Since the Catalog is a legally bound document how should changes in the catalog be implemented? Specifically when you are dealing with curriculum changes.

Ghislaine,
If a change in the catalog affects another document, then it should be updated as well. That way, you are not providing conflicting information.

Shana,
The catalog along with the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school. If changes occurs after the enrollment agreement is signed, a copy of the new catalog or addendum should be provided to the student.

When making Changes to the Catalog, do we also have to make changes to all the other documents that TIE in with it like the Enrollment Agreement, School Application, Policies & Procedures?
