Enrollement Agreement/Catalog-Question

I believe that as an Admissions Representative is important to know all of the information recorded on the Catalog, so that when we are enrolling students we know what exactly what we are talking about.

Now my question is this one:

In which department do we find the resource notebook?

Erik,
Excellent! Having the information at your fingertips is very important to obtaining the information you need when you need it. Yes with several regulating bodies we need to have the information at hand.

Patty Aronoff

There is so much information involved with CIE, accrediting bodies, and the University we will most likely need several Notebooks (3 Rings Binders) I like to keep mine on a shelf and have a binder for each area.

Sherene,

Excellent! You're going by the commission's rules. We need to gather information so that each student can make the proper decision regarding their academic future.

I agree that Admissions Representatives should customize available information to maximize their ability to convey accurate information. As with any professional discipline, benchmarks are set to ensure compliance and competence. In the early part of the training module (CM201) clearly outlines appropriate reasons to gather and personalize information to ensure mastery. I accept this idea and will implement starting today.

Eduardo ,

You build the resource notebook all by yourself. It is an individualized resource that is maintained by the individual.

Hi Eduardo,

I do believe that you begin your resource notebook here. Print out copies of terms, definitions, regulatory procedures and practices as you go through this course. Then of course I add daily to my resource notebook with any new information on our programs, school/programs, changes in terms and practices and follow compliancy. My resource notebook includes even such basic things that I need handy at all times, such as class start dates, tuition, class times, instuctor information, faculty/staff titles, functions and contact information. The resource notebook for me is an ever expanding and changing resource that provides all information in one so performing my daily duties/requirements are much more fluid and done properly.
